About Me:

I'm a GTM leader, currently leading revenue at Vero Technologies. Previously I helped build some great teams at ACV Auctions. I love building. I'm a co-founder of Refraction, and automotive SaaS company and Good Neighbor Fund, a micro-grant program supporting entrepreneurs.

I'm a husband and father of two amazing kiddos, Levi and Tinsley. When I'm not working, I'm usually tinkering with a new micro-project, pretending to be a photographer, or over-engineering my longevity protocol.

Co-Founder, Refraction
I co-founded Refraction, an automotive SaaS platform built to future-proof dealerships. Think Shopify for car dealers. With my co-founder, I led product development, brought it to market, and raised VC funding. I developed the GhostLot product, a standalone product within the Refraction ecosystem.
Founder, Good Neighbor Fund
I developed and launched Good Neighbor Fund, a community micro-grant program supporting ideation stage and historically underrepresented founders. I built the program, raised funding, and have awarded over $25k in micro-grants to date. I developed the website and platform, which allows our LPs to review and vote on pitch applications, as well as create and manage chapters.

VP of Business Development, Partner Success January 2025 – Present Currently, I lead all revenue functions of our SaaS business and oversee our Lending-as-a-Service operations. You’ll also find me deep in Jira, managing integrations within implementations.
Head of Growth December 2023 – January 2025 I led partnerships, customer success, marketing and growth of our SaaS business. Additionally, I led the national sales team of our direct lending business, in which I wrote the initial playbook, hosted our SKOs, and brought new lending products to market.
Director of Portfolio Management December 2022 – December 2023 Built out the portfolio, risk, and remarketing functions of a $50M+ portfolio and developed our customer success team. Additionally, I led the development of our OEM and Equipment program.
Director of Growth August 2022 – December 2022 I was focused on building our TOFU strategy and GTM playbook. Worked closely with the Exec team on defining QBOs as we grew our direct lending business.

Senior Manager, Sales & Execution - ACV Capital October 2021 – August 2022 Led sales ops, special projects and started our customer success organization. I worked with senior leadership to develop new programs to further expand our portfolio, which exceeded $100M at the time I left.
Portfolio Manager - ACV Capital January 2020 – October 2021 Founding member of ACV Capital, ACV's commercial lending division. I built our national field auditing program and early portfolio and risk functions.
Regional Field Operations Manager November 2018 – January 2020 Initial hire for this new role, bridging the gap between sales, training and operations. Worked within ACV's highest performing region, across NY, PA, and OH. Wrote the Field Ops playbook and contributed to new policy and product updates.
Manager, Concierge Account Managers June 2018 – November 2018 Selected to pilot the new Concierge Account Management function, which managed ACV's key franchise accounts. Wrote the playbook which was later adopted by the greater Inside Sales org.
Business Development & Account Manager August 2017 – June 2018 Initially brought on to focus on new business development, quickly transitioned to Account Management.
